WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions typically once a week, same time and place

Short-term therapy: 6–12 sessions focused on a specific issue

Long-term therapy: Ongoing sessions over months or years for deeper exploration

The first session (or first few) is for you and I to get to know each other, explore your goals, and clarify if this approach feels right

Sessions focus on thoughts, feelings, relational patterns, and bodily sensations in a collaborative way

Hi, Im Gina

I’m a UKCP Accredited Gestalt Individual and Group Psychotherapist based in Holborn, Central London.

I've always been drawn to people — their stories, how they became who they are, and what shapes the way they move through the world. Before training as a therapist, I studied Social Communication and Journalism, which deepened that curiosity and taught me to listen closely, not just to what is said but to what lies beneath.

WHAT I DO

Healing shaped around you

Becoming a therapist felt like a natural path. There's something I find genuinely profound about the privilege of being let in — of someone choosing to share their inner world and trusting that the process can help. That trust is something I do not take for granted.

MY APPROACH

I work using a Gestalt approach — a relational, humanistic way of working that focuses on your present experience, how you feel, think and relate right now, rather than just analysing the past.

I come from a mixed cultural heritage and work in English, Spanish and Italian. Identity, culture and language aren't just practical details to me — they shape how we experience ourselves and relate to others.

My Qualifications

Professional Practitioners Diploma — Gestalt Psychotherapy (Individual & Groups) The Gestalt Centre & London Metropolitan University

MA — Gestalt Psychotherapy The Gestalt Centre & London Metropolitan University

Post Graduate Diploma (Level 7) — Gestalt Therapy Theory Studies The Gestalt Centre & London Metropolitan University

Diploma in Professional Development — Gestalt Therapy Theory Studies The Gestalt Centre & London Metropolitan University

Memberships and Accreditations

I'm an accredited and registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and as such I abide by the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice
