My Approach
My work is grounded in Gestalt Therapy — an approach that focuses on awareness, authenticity and presence in the here and now.
Rather than analysing the past from a distance, we work with what's alive in the room, how thoughts, feelings and sensations show up in your body, what patterns emerge in the way you relate, and what becomes possible when you bring curiosity to your own experience.

What is Gestalt therapy?
Gestalt therapy is a relational, embodied approach that sees you as a whole person — your thoughts, feelings, body, and the patterns that keep showing up in your life and relationships all have something to say.
Rather than coming with a set agenda, I'm here to support your own exploration. With curiosity and awareness, we pay attention to what's happening for you here and now — and that's often where something shifts.
CREATIVE THERAPEUTIC SPACE
Sessions are collaborative and creative
I offer both support and gentle challenge, creating a space where real insight and change can happen. The relationship between us is central to the work; it becomes a place to explore, experiment, understand and grow.

I work with individuals and also facilitate Gestalt personal development groups, creating spaces for relational awareness and shared reflection.
LOCATION
Sessions take place at Studio 31, Holborn, London.
Individual therapy
Individual therapy gives you a space that is entirely yours — to bring whatever feels present, urgent, or simply unresolved.
I work long-term with most clients, because meaningful change often needs time and room to unfold. Where it's more appropriate, I can also offer a shorter block of six sessions. We assess this together at the start, and revisit it as we go.
Sessions are weekly and held in person.
